Our village San Candido
San Candido is a market town in South Tyrol, Val Pusteria on the boarder to Austria,counting 3200 inhabitants. It lies on 1.175 meteres above sea level.
The river Drava, which springs from the watershed inmids the fields of Dobbiaco, flows through the village. San Candido has to fellow fractions: Versciaco and Prato alla Drava. San Candido counts to one of the most famous and loved holiday destinations in South Tyrol - Alta Val Pusteria..
