Tourist tax:
Prices show do attract a tourist tax of 1,35€ per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
Our prices include:
- Electricity
- Water
- Heating
- Weekly change of linen
- Final cleaning
- Free bike rental
Children & additional persons:
- Children until 3 years
are free of charge in the bedroom of their parents.
If you need an additional cot we calculate a unique supplement of Euro 10,00. - Children from 3 to 7 years
We calculate Euro 5,00 per day. - Children from 8 to 13 years
We calculate Euro 10,00 per day. - Teenagers from 14 years on and adults
We calculate Euro 15,00 per day.
Important information:
- Arrival: Our appartments are accessible from 2 p.m. Please give us your estimated time of arrival when you make your reservation.
- Departure: On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the appartment by 9:00 a.m. Should the appartment be vacant the following day, we may arrange for a later checkout at your request.
- Breakfast: Our apartment deals do not include breakfast. In our farmstead shop we offer a variety of jam and syrup. Furthermore, we have are collaborating with a local bakery which delivers bread and buns freshly baked directly to your apartment. Just let us know the day before what you need, and you will have warm fragrant bread for breakfast infront of your apartment.
- Pets: Unfortunately pets are no longer allowed in our apartments. This is caused by too many bad experiences in the last months and years. Thank you for understanding!
- Advance payment: We kindly ask you to make a bank transfer of 30% from the total amount of your reservation. This will guarantee and confirm your reservation.
- Modes of payment: We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, EC-card (cash card) or cash according to current legislation.
- Minimum stay depending on season and availability. Should you choose to stay for less than 3 nights, there is an extra charge of 20% on the listed price.
- Terms of cancellation: Should you choose to cancel your reservation more than three months before your planned stay, the cancellation will be free of charge. If you wish cancel your reservation between three months an four weeks before your planned stay, we will charge the price for the first three days of your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation within the last four weeks before your planned stay, we will charge 70% of the total cost of the reservation.
